We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead Software Engineer – Oracle Cloud Applications to drive the design, development, integration, and optimization of our Oracle Cloud ERP ecosystem. This role is ideal for a technology leader who combines deep Oracle Financials expertise with strong engineering capabilities to deliver scalable, high-impact business solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud ERP Financial solutions across multiple business functions
- Serve as the technical lead for Oracle Cloud Financials initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical designs and actionable solutions
- Provide architectural guidance and establish best practices for Oracle Cloud development, integrations, and data management
- Drive enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives across Oracle Cloud Financial modules including Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL)
