About the role
The Merchandising Systems Product Management team is responsible for the technology platforms and tools that support the end-to-end product lifecycle across Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brands, from initial item intake and item setup through product enrichment, merchandising, and publication across all channels.
What you'll do
- Translate product strategy into well-defined capabilities and drive them through delivery and brand adoption
- You're excited about this opportunity because you will
- Develop deep expertise in WAM, online assortment management, and the workflows used by brand teams to manage product assortment and content at scale
- Partner with UX to translate complex business workflows into intuitive experiences for business users
- Lead or support UAT, including scenario definition, business-user coordination, issue triage, and translation of findings into product improvements
