About the role
We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Microservices, and modern cloud-native development practices. This role combines enterprise software engineering with emerging Agentic AI capabilities to build scalable, intelligent solutions that improve developer productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance supply chain technology platforms.
What you'll do
- Design and implement AI Agents to automate repetitive development tasks, including auto-generating boilerplate code, mapping complex DTOs
- Ensure 100% unit testing coverage using JUnit and Mockito by leveraging LLMs to generate edge-case test scenarios and test data for complex supply chain workflows
- Propose multiple technical solutions and evaluate how Agentic AI workflows can improve long-term system maintainability compared to traditional hard-coded approaches
- Lead research initiatives and proof of concepts involving LangChain or Semantic Kernel to enable natural language querying of inventory and order data
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate closely with Pune and global onsite teams
