This role is execution-focused with strategic exposure, requiring strong ownership of core HR processes (including Talent Acquisition) and people leadership.

- Drive HR initiatives and processes in alignment with organizational objectives and business priorities
- Handle complete onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee experience
- Nurture relationships with employees with empathy, kindness, and fairness
