What you'll do
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, videos, onboarding programs, product training, job aids, SOPs
- Manage learning content from concept through development, review, launch, and continuous improvement
- Create learning journeys, course outlines, storyboards, scripts, activities, simulations, and assessments aligned with specific learning objectives
- Utilize innovation and AI tools to accelerate research, content development, storyboarding, visual creation, video and voice production, assessments
- Design learning experiences for U.S. audiences with strong attention to language, context, examples, and cultural relevance
