About the role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud - Solution Architect with strong expertise in Global HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent Management . The role involves leading HCM implementations, working closely with HR business stakeholders, and delivering scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead functional design and delivery for Global HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent Management
- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional configurations
- Configure Core HR, Absence plans/accruals, and Talent processes - Goals and Performance, Career and Succession
- Drive CRP, UAT, cutover, and go‑live activities
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports (OTBI), HDL, HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas
