About the role
The Senior Engineer – NPD is responsible for leading the development and industrialisation of new products from concept through production launch. The role involves coordinating with customers, design teams, suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and sourcing functions to ensure timely delivery of products meeting quality, cost, and performance targets.
What you'll do
- Lead new product development projects from RFQ to SOP (Start of Production)
- Review customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Develop design concepts and manufacturing processes
- Coordinate prototype development and validation activities
