Key Accountabilities includes but not limited to: Ownership and accountability of all GI activities. Cross functional effective team collaboration. This position reports into the Plant Head & Global Initiatives Head
What you'll do
- Prepare ppt and training materials etc. and effectively impart it to the users
- Help Plant to achieve business metrics by driving Lean / Cost out projects
- Engaging with other plant functions to inculcate Lean culture
- Drive VSM and Six Sigma Projects across plants, standardize key business processes and be a Change Agent
