At least 10+ years of experience in ITSM, Employee center/ virtual agent , integration , automation . implementation in ServiceNow, Architecture/Design / end to end platform roll out Have done multiple API based, Plugin based, Orchestration based integrations between ServiceNow and other products. Have hands-on experience on ServiceNow Orchestration and implemented Cloud lifecycle management and provisioning in public and private clouds, hybrid clouds
What you'll do
- Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution
- Lead ServiceNow implementations in a domain separated environment and multi-vendor environment
