What you'll do

• Create plans and review implementation within their area of work
• Guide team members, directly or indirectly working with them
• Resolve issues, conflicts that may arise between stakeholders working with the role holder
• Generate reports and present information to the upper / higher management as prescribed
• Analyse processes to recommend enhancements and implement agreed improvements within timelines
