What you'll do

• Client Ownership & Stakeholder Management
• Act as client captain for Insurance and other SMA clients. Interpret their requests, set clear expectations, and coordinate across Operations, Reconciliations
• Be the senior escalation point for client issues, service gaps and high-risk exceptions
• Gather client feedback, keep clients and internal partners updated on open items and progress, and lead regular service reviews
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external counterparties, such as administrators, custodians and agents
