About the role
The purpose of this role is to define project scope basis the client requirements, manage engagement economics as per the project estimates and collaborate with senior client stakeholders to resolve delivery issues. Project Planning "Develop project scope based on business and resource requirements for a single Line of Business (LOB), ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations."
What you'll do
- Create weekly and monthly MIS reports for single LOB to track operational, quality, and fulfilment parameters
- Conduct performance appraisals and guide team members on professional growth and improvement."
- Conduct regular cadence with Workforce Management Group and Quality Assurance teams to ensure resource fulfilment and quality adherence."
