About the role
The MES Practice Director will build, scale, and lead the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and OT Transformation practice , driving end-to-end smart manufacturing transformation across global clients. This role combines domain expertise in MES/MOM , practice leadership , and business growth ownership , delivering measurable outcomes in productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Practice Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the MES/MOM practice vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Establish and scale a Centre of Excellence (CoE) with reusable assets, accelerators, and frameworks
- Drive standardisation and modernisation of legacy MES and shopfloor systems
- Client Advisory & Transformation Leadership
