What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end Fund Accounting and Financial/Investor Reporting for Private/Alternative Investment Funds
- Oversee monthly/quarterly reporting, financial statements and annual audits
- Review NAV/fund reporting, bank reconciliations, invoices, payments and management fees
- Support capital calls, distributions, ILPA reporting, cash/liquidity management and bridge facilities
- Review investment valuations, performance fee calculations, fund structures, LPAs and side-letter requirements
