About the role
The purpose of this role is to increase revenue, maximize process efficiency & cost-effectiveness, and ensure excellent customer experience, through effective leadership and supervision of daily operations and personnel, strategy planning, contract compliance, resource optimization and capability development for an account.
What you'll do
- Lead OTC, PTP, FP&A and Treasury and RTR transformation roadmap and process redesign initiatives. Transform Accounts Payable processes using AI-enabled operating models
- Drive AP automation, touchless invoice processing, workflow optimization, and vendor experience improvements
- Identify and execute productivity, SLA, and cost-reduction opportunities
- Implement best practices across invoice processing, payments, vendor management, and helpdesk operations
- Manage stakeholder governance and transformation reviews
