About the role
The purpose of the role is to deploy and execute SDA framework across deals within LOB, review and support operation in meetings operational parameters as per MSA and SOW and provide value add services to the clients in the LOB. Quality, Risk & Controls: Apply structured problem solving and QC tools; manage root-cause analysis, audit readiness, policy adherence, operational risk and corrective actions.
What you'll do
- Procurement Delivery & Operations
- Lead end-to-end procurement operations and ensure achievement of contractual SLAs, KPIs, quality, compliance, and productivity targets
- Manage large-scale procurement programs and drive operational excellence across the engagement
- Ensure efficient execution of sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and procurement governance activities
- Drive process standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
