What you'll do
- Serve as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge of team-specific tools, workflows, and policies, acting as the liaison between management and operators
- Oversee execution of core teamwork orders and provide accurate reporting on progress and outcomes
- Lead and manage a team of operators, driving performance to meet defined SLAs
- Ensure delivery of project requirements, expectations, and timelines in alignment with customer priorities
- Assign daily tasks to operators based on project deadlines and client priorities
