What you'll do
- Support and maintain mission-critical file transmission services and platforms
- Perform L2/L3 support, troubleshooting complex issues escalated by the team
- Manage Mainframe File Transfer technologies including FTP, Connect:Direct/NDM and Axway MFT/CFT
- Monitor and manage Control-M job scheduling, file transfers and batch operations
- Understand and troubleshoot JCL and Mainframe-related transmission issues
