About the role
Location – Remote - Work from home / anywhere Sourcing and screening of candidates – You'll assist the talent acquisition managers in the sourcing and screening stage. You'll be assisting them in publishing jobs, educating candidates about the opportunities and the organization, and processing their candidacies.
What you'll do
- Work hours – Mon to Fri
- Assist the talent acquisition managers in the sourcing and screening stage
- Be assisting them in publishing jobs, educating candidates about the opportunities and the organization, and processing their candidacies
- Preparing job descriptions – Prepare job descriptions for requirements raised by the hiring managers and stakeholders
- Updating ATS and reports – Update the ATS for assigned positions, and create daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by the stakeholders
