About the role
We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Contact Center & Copilot Studio Engineer to design, develop and implement AI-powered customer engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, voice and chat automation, CRM integrations, and customer service processes.
What you'll do
- Design, develop and deploy AI-powered voice and chat bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Contact Center and Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Integrate bots with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, external APIs and enterprise applications
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Platform components
- Monitor solution performance, customer experience metrics and bot effectiveness
