About the role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the recruitment process for a variety of IT roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical positions, working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and contributing to our company’s overall growth and success.
What you'll do
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize multiple sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract top IT talent
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure they align with job requirements
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, ideally in the tech industry
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
