Proposal Coordinator - Marketing - Admin - BLR

About the role

The Proposal Coordinator must be detail oriented and comfortable working with data - assuring information needed for draft proposals are updated in CRM. They must maintain compliance and adhere to deadlines and proposal requirements. This person will report to the US. -based Pursuit Team Leader. The right candidate will have a proactive, can-do attitude and can work under tight deadlines.

What you'll do

• Coordinating and executing draft proposals utilizing information in CRM
• Maintaining compliance and adherence to proposal document deadlines and requirements
• Assuring information needed for draft proposals is included in CRM
• Assisting with proposal edits
