About the role
Finance CoE team at Walmart Global Tech Bangalore provides end-to-end FP&A support to Commercial Finance teams across Walmart segments including Walmart US, Sam’s Club, International, and Corporate. The team drives financial planning, reporting, analytics, and transformation initiatives with a strong focus on accuracy, governance, and business impact.
What you'll do
- Partner with WMT US Commercial Finance teams to support planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Drive financial planning cycles (weekly/monthly/quarterly) including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Perform variance analysis, cost center analysis, and provide actionable insights on risks & opportunities
- Build financial models and support P&L management, consolidation, and reporting
- Lead stakeholder discussions and influence decision-making through data-driven insights
