About the role
Sam’s Club eCommerce is a team of engineers passionate about taking care of our members and associates. The team helps build and maintain the foundational and experiential systems that allow our members to shop online, pick up in store, experience our several service offerings and check out in the club using Scan & Go.
What you'll do
- Work with product managers, architects and engineering leaders to define and scope large and complex initiatives
- Build Discovery and Execution plans that include coordination of numerous cross-functional teams
- Lead multiple teams of engineers to deliver cross-functional initiatives
- Identify, track and manage risks and issues that threaten project or program success
- Communicate to team members, peers and leadership in a way that supports effective program execution
