About the role
The Senior Consultant, Transitions will independently lead large and complex BPM/BPO transitions across multiple engagements including large RFP, RFI, from project sign-off through go-live and stabilisation, end to end Transition. The role involves managing transition teams, resolving delivery issues, coordinating technology and transformation dependencies, and building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
