About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day logistics coordination, order fulfilment, shipment tracking, dispatch planning, and delivery operations at WOGOM. The candidate will coordinate with sellers, distributors, transporters, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth movement of goods and timely deliveries to retailers.
What you'll do
- Order Processing & Dispatch Coordination
- Coordinate with sellers, distributors, and warehouse teams for order processing and dispatch
- Ensure orders are dispatched within committed timelines
- Track order status from dispatch to final delivery
- Follow up on pending orders, delayed shipments, and delivery discrepancies
