About the role
As Manager - Finance, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, supporting strategic planning activities, driving financial performance, and partnering with stakeholders across the business. Working closely with regional and business leadership teams, you will provide financial insights, support statutory and audit requirements, and help drive continuous improvement across finance processes and controls.
What you'll do
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Perform variance analysis and provide business performance insights
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end close activities
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies
