About the role
As a People Partner – Operations, you will embed directly within our high-growth Operations team to build, scale, and optimize our talent strategy. You'll act as a strategic advisor to leadership and an advocate for employees, translating business goals into actionable workforce solutions that boost productivity, retain top talent, and maintain operational discipline.
What you'll do
- Performance & Talent Management : Partner with Ops managers to guide quarter/annual goal-setting, execute performance reviews
