Own end-to-end procurement across Admin & Facilities, IT & Software, and Capex , driving cost efficiency, vendor quality, and timely delivery.
What you'll do
- Own procurement strategy and execution across Admin, Facilities, IT, Software, and Capex
- Obtain competitive quotations, evaluate vendors, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Manage vendor onboarding, performance, contracts, renewals, and escalations
- Handle procurement of SaaS, software, IT hardware, peripherals, cloud services, and office infrastructure
- Manage Capex procurement for furniture, equipment, office setup, expansion, and relocation
