About the role
We're looking for a Product Designer to help shape simple, intuitive and effective experiences for millions of candidates and employers on WorkIndia. You'll work on complex product problems where the right experience can directly influence whether a candidate finds a relevant job or an employer successfully hires.
What you'll do
- Product & User Thinking
- Understand user and business problems deeply before jumping into solutions
- Challenge briefs and help identify the highest-impact problems to solve
- Leverage user research and product data to form and validate design hypotheses
- Collaborate with PMs to define measurable success criteria
