What you'll do
- Act as a bridge between the Operations and Technical teams, addressing issues faced by the Ops team promptly
- Investigate and resolve technical issues raised by the Customer Support Team, ensuring a quick and empathetic response
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to understand and resolve problems efficiently
- Automate manual processes to achieve opex. Provide solutions to unprecedented technical challenges, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset
- Leading the Implementation and Adoption of tech processes
