About the role

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) — a fully hands-on engineer who treats quality as an engineering discipline, not a phase at the end of development. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow:

What you'll do

• You and your value stream will be responsible for the full development lifecycle of product and tech roadmap projects and production incidents support
• Be working in an agile environment, using Scrum
• You are expected to work with team OKRs, KPIs and exercise an agile mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and short feedback loops
• Own quality end-to-end — from design and code review all the way through to deployment and production monitoring — with no handoffs to a separate QA team
• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites across all levels of the testing pyramid : unit tests, component tests, integration tests
