About the role

As an international company undergoing a major transformation and experiencing rapid growth, we place significant emphasis on the growth and development of our people. In line with this, we are currently seeking a Project Manager-Learning Operation to join our team in India.

What you'll do

• Manage portfolio of few projects for learning initiatives with rigorous planning, governance, risk management, timelines, and budget oversight
• Design and deploy upskilling and reskilling programs aligned to business strategy and individualise career paths
• Manage operational KPIs and report monthly progress to management
• Support learning operations (e.g. resolution of tickets) as per the business need and capacity planning
• Monitoring learning industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement
