What you'll do
- Deliver high-quality software solutions while taking ownership of product increments in each sprint, ensuring usability and adherence to coding standards
- Collaborate with Product Owners to clarify requirements, manage sprint backlogs, and provide technical solutions to support agile development processes
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and adapt plans effectively to meet sprint goals
- Communicate technical changes and impacts clearly to stakeholders while maintaining transparency
- Drive continuous improvement within the team through proactive approach and commitment to excellence
