- Prepare and issue accurate client and sponsor invoices for services, grants, and pass-through cost reimbursements
- Record and acknowledge client payments while maintaining accurate accounts receivable records
- Support the preparation, maintenance, reconciliation, and analysis of billing and accounts receivable reports
- Review expense claims to ensure costs are appropriately allocated to client projects and corporate activities
- Verify pass-through expenses comply with internal policies and client requirements
