About the role
As a Manager I, HSE with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc Liaison with client and contractors, conducting meeting, Ensure legal compliance & implementation of ISO 45001 compliance. Encourage Near Miss & Hazard Reporting, Participation in Incident Investigation & Incident review process.
What you'll do
- Develop and ensure implementation of Field HSE Specification, our HSSE Policy
- Review of HSEP, ERP, JHA & method statement
- Identify and encourage innovative HSE practices
- Visit work locations and sites to assess the HSE risk and effectiveness of HSE systems in place
- Creating a space where everyone feels they belong, can be themselves, and are heard
