About the role
As a Manager I, Site Construction with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. Assign/distribute works/work areas to the discipline engineers and ensure that The process of review of the ‘Issued for Construction’ drawings and seeking clarification based on the established procedure is followed.
What you'll do
- Responsible to lead the team of discipline engineers for construction supervision and management of the respective discipline works at project site
- Lead site walk rounds for the respective discipline and participate in quality audits
- Supervise for safety to maintain a safe workplace
- Ensure that the team of engineers carry out inspections of activities performed by the contractors to confirm compliance to Field HSE Specification
- Lead review meetings with Contractors
