About the role
As a Senior Digital Solutions Consultant (IROC Consultant) , you will serve as the strategic and technical spearhead for our clients' digital and operational transformation journeys. You will bridge the gap between heavy industrial operations and cutting-edge technology, leading high-value studies and executing successful IROC implementations.
What you'll do
- Design and implement integrated operating models that seamlessly connect product quality, production, and maintenance functions
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering studies (Concept, PFS, DFS) and spearhead the physical and digital implementation of IROC facilities and systems
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding client teams through the cultural and process shifts required to transition to an integrated, data-driven operating model
- Design and deploy strategies for workforce mobility, ensuring field operators and remote teams are equipped with seamless mobile worker tools
- Architect these solutions to actively support generational change, making the technology intuitive and adoption-friendly across all demographics
