Senior Director, Supply Chain

About the role

As a Director with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. This role exists to drive strategic alignment, cultural transformation, and organizational excellence for delivering our Projects. It plays a critical part in cultivating commitment to change—especially when bold shifts are needed to realize Worley’s vision.

What you'll do

• Directs the development of all regional supply chain activities, both strategic and operational
• Ownership of the full regional end-to-end supply chain
• Evaluates risk and creates supply chain risk mitigation strategies
• Aggregating regional demand, and proactively collaborating with the global team to maximize sourcing economies of scale
• Making sure that vendor and subcontractor performance meets contractual requirements by managing supplier relationships
