What you'll do
- Prepare and provide timely access to financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow), ledgers, bank statements, vendor/customer records, and supporting vouchers
- Generate specific schedules (e.g., fixed assets, debtors, creditors, provisions, expenses etc.) as requested by auditors
- Act as the primary point of contact for the external audit team
- Address audit queries promptly and accurately, providing explanations and evidence
- Assist in verifying compliance with applicable accounting standards ( GAAP/IFRS ) and legal regulations (e.g., Companies Act )
