About the role
In this role you will be a member of the Workday Services Team supporting the Workday Risk & Controls Lead. Your role will grow as we further deploy and expand our Workday coverage both geographically and capability. Reporting to the Workday Risk & Controls Lead, this role is accountable for ensuring that WPP’s Workday User Access Review (UAR) process is executed, maintained, recorded and documented as per our operating procedures and controls.
What you'll do
- Maintain and monitor UAR and work with relevant teams to keep Workday compliant
- Run UAR processes and continually improve the process through automation
- Ensure changes to the UAR processes are recorded and tracked correctly
- Working closely with the Workday Security Manager to manage and maintain the UAR process
- Ensure UAM design changes are recorded into tracking documentation
