What you'll do
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy, renewals and claims resolution
- Conduct periodic client reviews, claims analysis, and MIS reporting
- Ensure seamless onboarding of clients and manage documentation and compliance requirements
- Handle client queries, escalations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams including operations, claims, and wellness teams
