About the role
The Kanban Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of inventory and customer satisfaction within our organization. This position is integral to maintaining the flow of materials and optimizing the Kanban system, which directly impacts our operational efficiency and customer service.
What you'll do
- Conduct weekly or scheduled visits to Kanban customers
- Scan empty bins and forward information to the head office or upload in CPS for order booking
- Coordinate and follow up on shipment dispatch from the Pune warehouse to customer sites; provide clear feedback on findings
- Liaise with customers for receipt confirmation of shipments
- Refill bins and scan further empty bins for replenishment
