What you'll do
- Deliver end-to-end helpdesk and desktop support across macOS, iOS, and Windows environments, including hardware/software troubleshooting, printer maintenance
- Provision, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, cloud applications (Google Workspace, Box, Zoom, Okta, Atlassian), and virtual/physical Linux servers
- Manage identity access (SSO), user account provisioning/deprovisioning, and administrative security workflows behind the enterprise firewall
- Oversee asset lifecycle management, surplus inventory forecasting, IT procurement, vendor coordination, and helpdesk ticket resolutions
- Support network operations (LAN/WAN, Wireless, Firewalls), server patching, vulnerability management, and virtual machine backup/recovery processes
