Senior Product Manager In this role, you will be part of a lively, high-performing Product Management team that shapes the future of Xactly's AI-powered application ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with User Experience professionals, engineering teams, and clients to discover innovative solutions, solve complex challenges, and contribute to delivering high-impact product outcomes for customers and stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead concurrent product initiatives and agile scrum rituals by defining requirements, grooming the product backlog
• Partner directly with external clients, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to conduct user research, validate product concepts
• Define and track key product performance metrics, performing deep-dive quantitative analyses to identify areas for improvement and present strategic recommendations to…
