- Triage application support tickets, troubleshoot configuration issues, and optimize business process workflows and approval security domains for finance stakeholders
- Participate in bi-annual Workday release cycles, lead regression testing, and maintain documentation following established SDLC and change management policies
- Support cross-application workflows and data feeds connected via tools like Python, Workato, or REST/SOAP APIs in collaboration with senior engineering team members
