About the role
Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored properly. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations at all times. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines (HACCP/ISO standards if applicable). Help with receiving and storing kitchen supplies and inventory. Dispose of waste as per hotel standards.
