About the role
We are hiring a Software Support Executive to look after the clients who use the web applications and software we build. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome; candidates from Wayanad are preferred.
What you'll do
- Answer client questions on phone, WhatsApp and email, and resolve day-to-day issues in our applications
- Reproduce bugs, log them clearly and follow up with the development team until they are fixed
- Set up new client accounts, import data and give onboarding training
- Keep user guides and FAQ documents up to date
- Patient, clear communicator in Malayalam and English
