About the role
We are seeking a D365 Finance and Operations Finance Functional Consultant with 5 to 8 years of experience to configure, implement, test, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance capabilities. The role requires strong finance process knowledge, hands-on D365 F&O configuration experience, and the ability to translate finance requirements into practical system solutions.
What you'll do
- Conduct workshops with finance users to understand accounting processes, controls, reporting requirements, business issues, and desired outcomes
- Configure D365 F&O Finance capabilities based on approved requirements, functional designs, and solution standards
- Deliver functional solutions across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, Tax
- Prepare fit-gap assessments, process flows, functional design documents, configuration workbooks, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Set up and maintain finance master data including chart of accounts, financial dimensions, fiscal calendars, currencies, posting profiles, payment terms, tax groups
