About the role
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Solution Architect to lead solution design and delivery for enterprise ERP transformation programmes. The role owns the functional solution across finance and supply chain processes, connects business requirements to Microsoft platform capabilities, and guides implementation teams through design, delivery, deployment, and stabilization.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery workshops to understand business processes, operating models, pain points, control requirements, and transformation objectives
- Define the target-state D365 F&O solution architecture across Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing
- Translate business requirements into fit-gap assessments, process flows, functional designs, configuration workbooks, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Advise stakeholders on standard D365 F&O capabilities, process simplification, product limitations, and the value and risk of extensions
- Design integration patterns for Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure services, third-party applications, banks, tax engines, logistics platforms, and legacy systems
